Bring Out Strawberry's Natural Ruby Red Transparency in this Easy Sauce

This easy strawberry sauce recipe simply involves hulling fresh strawberries and placing them in a bowl. Add granulated sugar equal to 20% of the weight of the strawberries and toss to combine. Cover the bowl with a double layer of plastic wrap and place it over a water bath/double boiler.
That's all there is to this effortless recipe for allowing the natural flavors and vibrant red color of fresh strawberries to shine through in a translucent sauce. The gentle heat draws out the strawberry juices without overcooking or clouding the sauce.

    Is it save to put the cooked chicken in the reduced sauce that contaminate with uncooked chicken (the chicken when you put for the first time is uncooked, right) ?

      Thank you for pointing this out. I will note in the instructions that the marinade should be sterilised over a fire before serving the chicken, and then simmered down to make a sauce.

    Looks good. The only change I'd make it to not use Soy milk. It's bad for you and has an estrogenic effect. So, unless you like Man Boobs, use real cream or almond mild. Real dair cream would be a healthier choice.

    It’s a cauliflower purée with pronouns of they and them. That’s okay ✅. Mine will be simmered in 90/10 milk and gelatinous chicken stock. Never done it that way. But making it for a chicken dish.

      I guess it takes 15 min to reach 90c then continue to simmer for 30 min so 45 min total time on the stove
